Does anyone own the Black Mercedes 550 with expired SC temporary tags parked for over a month on the 100 block of 11th? It’s got no DC tags or stickers & hasn’t moved in about 5 weeks but no tickets. 311 says it’s not abandoned. Sent from my iPhone
