[Lincolnparkdc] Missing mail with gift cards

Everyone should be aware that the Post Office is strapped for cash right
now because of congressional inaction.
It's also being hobbled by Trump. He is demanding that rates be increased 4
fold before he will allow any funding.
This stems from Jeff Bezos' ownwership of the Post and Amazon. He isn't
happy with what the paper says about him so he hates Bezos. There's talk
that service is being cut as a result.
