[Lincolnparkdc] Missing mail with gift cards

Thanks, Heather!

When we first had an item missing - an Apple Store gift card mailed by my
mom in RI - my mother contacted Apple, who was able to tell her the card
had been used at an Apple store in MD.  She was able to provide this info
to the Postal Inspection Service, which contacted her for an interview. So
I do think the options you’ve suggested are worthwhile. She received a call
pretty soon after filing the complaint.
