[Lincolnparkdc] Speeding traffic on 11th St SE

There was a speed indicator set up at 11th, to discourage eastbound traffic Independence. They do not seem to aware they need to address speeding on 11th Street SE. Some re-Education appears to be needed. 

The extended work in the 1000 Block of Independence by WGL  with all the potholes they have created for over a year has probably had the unintended side benefit of slowing traffic on Independence.
