[Lincolnparkdc] Which DMV open for license renewal

My wife and renewed our licenses at the Benning Ridge Service Center a
couple weeks back on a Friday and yes, have to schedule an appointment in
advance.

Overall it was a pretty good experience.  If driving there they have a
smallish parking lot but we had no issues getting a spot (my wife went in
the morning and I went in the afternoon.)   You need to wear a mask (Except
when taking your picture If you need to take one.)   They double check your
name at the door and only let in about 10-15 people per appointment block
so it felt pretty spacious and safe overall.  All employees were also
wearing masks, they had plastic partitions set up and overall appeared to
be following safe practices.   Both of us were in an out in about 15 mins.
