[Lincolnparkdc] car alarm

Those of you living near the north end of Kentucky Avenue have been 
hearing a car alarm the last few days.  Please accept my sincere apology 
for this racket.  The alarm on our campervan is malfunctioning.  I am 
doing my best to get the alarm turned off but have not yet been 
successful.  I'm hopeful that someone will be coming tomorrow (Wednesday).
