[Lincolnparkdc] ISO Legal Support for Home Rental

We are planning to rent out our house while living overseas for 1-3 years. Before we move, I think it prudent to identify a lawyer to handle lease enforcement, should that become necessary.

Has anyone had to hire a lawyer for issues with rental property? Hoping to learn from others' experience, I'd appreciate any references you can pass on - whether positive or negative.
