The technician Drew at C & W Pest Control (301) 549-4976. Others in the neighborhood use him. He is very thorough & will identify areas where They can get in so you can plug those up. You can get a contract for quarterly treatments ($100 each) and if any issues arise between treatments they come out for free. That covers insects & (I assume) any ‘pest..’ According to Drew, mice travel from house to house. Good luck.
