[Lincolnparkdc] pallet

We scheduled a bulk trash pick up for this morning, only to realize
after-the-fact that they don't take pallets. If anyone wants a free
extra-long pallet, let me know or just swing by. It's currently outside 249
12th St. SE. Short of that, if anyone knows how to properly dispose of a
pallet, please share.
