[Lincolnparkdc] Tree stump removal advice/recs

Neighbors,

Has anyone had a tree and it’s stump removed? We’ve obtained a permit to
remove the dying tree in our front yard and were advised by a removal
company that they cannot grind down the stump because the front steps and
wall wouldn’t allow for the machinery to be used.  If you’ve had a tree
stump removed from your front yard or a similarly challenging area to
access, I’d be interested in knowing which company you used. (The company
I’ve been in touch with is Adirondack, which came highly recommended.)
