[Lincolnparkdc] Missing 2 pieces of mail

Tim

It’s called informed delivery. You can sign up on the post office web site. We have had it for a while and it’s great but can be frustrating when it shows mail and those pieces never get delivered. We haven’t had issues recently but last fall it was frustrating. We still have a missing mail request from November 2nd open and the investigation continues. We get an email once a month stating they are still looking for it but haven’t found it. Some mail pieces we have just given up on. We have an uncle who always sends money in birthday and Christmas cards and while it shows it will be delivered that day, they never arrive. We’ve now convinced him to stop sending money and to keep it.

That said, you should sign up - it’s great.

Sorry about your mail. I hope they turn up. I'm on the 100 block of 12th St SE and sometimes 13th St SE stuff ends up on our block. I'll be on the lookout.

How do you get USPS to send you pictures of what's to be delivered? Does it include packages? Who knew!!

Hi all-

Did anyone on 100 block of 13th St SE receive two personal cards in the mail addressed to Stephanie Lightfoot? USPS sends me daily pictures of what is expected to be delivered and I am missing two cards from the bunch on Monday. I'm worried they accidentally got stuck behind others mail and dropped off at wrong location.

Thanks!!

Stephanie
