[Lincolnparkdc] Lincoln Park trash / a Lincoln Park missioned community group

I’m with you on this. Too often people just don’t pick up after themselves.
Coupled with the added noise. Due to COVID, many more people are using the
park. Maintenance, clean-up and the usual small local events are fine.
