[Lincolnparkdc] Utility markings on 100 block of Kentucky

We have markings on the 1101 block of East Capitol sidewalk so I asked the yellow vested workers from the gas company in the intersection (there was a leak). The supervisor said that anytime someone calls MisUtility to dig anywhere nearby, they have to mark all the utilities. It could be someone digging for landscaping or plumbing /sewer fix or one of the utilities may be planning to make repairs to underground pipes. Maybe you could call misUtility to find out.
