[Lincolnparkdc] 12th St and East Capitol St SE crosswalk into Lincoln Park

Dear Eli,

Many thanks for your action on this neighborhood hazard.  I have Multiple
Sclerosis,  and depend on daily walks around the Park to preserve my
limited mobility.   I would love to be able to extend and vary my route,
but do not dare use the crosswalk in question.

It would be a fool's  errand to attempt crossing there with a walker, let
alone a wheelchair.   The crosswalk, and the driving it occasions,  violate
the Americans with Disabilities Act!
