[Lincolnparkdc] Reducing lanes on Pa Ave SE

I completely agree with you, Deb. Pennsylvania Ave on the other side of the Capitol also has bike lanes and there’s no significant impediment to traffic. This does not need to be a zero-sum situation. We can improve the streets to work better for motorists, bicyclists, and pedestrians. It wouldn’t hurt to take a look at some of the ridiculous traffic lights on Pennsylvania as well…
