[Lincolnparkdc] Termite Insurance Plans...

Hi neighbors,

I was wondering about neighbors' opinions about maintaining a yearly
termite inspection contract.  We maintained ours since we settled on the
house 10 years ago.  The house had been treated for termites at some point
by the previous owner  but there has been no activity in 10 years (at
least).

Also, if you do use a company for this, who do you recommend?  Would like
to compare plans....(#whattododuringquarantine)
