[Lincolnparkdc] HVAC recommendations

Co-sign this.  Derek is awesome—exceedingly clear explanations of what’s gone wrong and how it needs to be fixed, without trying to over-sell.  I’m one of the ones Mark recommended Derek to, and I’d highly recommend myself.
