he is honest.  Busy, but if he can squeeze you in, is amazing!   

He took over his fathers biz a few years back.   Repaired an old AC for long time for me and replaced it with a HVAC heat pump which cut my bill into 1/3  previous monthly expense. 

Impeccable workmanship and ethics.  Professional.  And Will his assistant is not only a gem, knows what he is doing,.  Will lives in hood making a quick run over to assess easy to do.
