[Lincolnparkdc] Heads up: Torrential Rain expected tonight

Hello neighbors,

Just a heads up that the forecast is for torrential rain tonight and into
tomorrow with upwards of 6 inches predicted to fall. Check that the drains
in the front and back of your houses are clear so that all that water has
somewhere to go. If you've got basements that have been known to suffer
from damp, now is the time to test your sump pump and/or move boxes and
other items up off the basement floor.

Secure patio furniture, trash cans and other outdoor items to prevent them
from blowing around in the wind.

Fingers crossed it won't be as much rain as they predict.
