Hi Tom,

Thanks for letting me know. So in the future if I send directly addressed, not CCED or based it will go through normally?

     Thanks

Steve:

You may be wondering why this didn’t get posted sooner.

Apparently you were sending this to a number destinations using bcc addressing. Unfortunately, in this case, when anyone does this the server catches their message and requires me to release it. I only saw the message today at lunch time.

Thanks for posting this. Take care,
Tom

Neighbors,

I was informed last night by the DC Department of General Services that an Eastern Market staff member tested positive for the virus yesterday. As a consequence, the Market has been temporarily closed to enable a deep cleaning to take place. DGS anticipates that Eastern Market will be reopen for business on tuesday morning.

I was asked not to share this until this morning to enable DC government to individually notify South Hal Merchants and Farmers and begin the process of contact tracing. I don't have any further knowledge and do not know who the staff member was who has tested posiitive.

If I get any further information, I will share it. The attached signs have been posted this morning at Eastern Market. (and it's raining)

best,

 Steve
