[Lincolnparkdc] Maine Ave Fish Market

I biked by the Maine Ave fish market today - in mask and gloves - and was
surprised to see a long pedestrian line waiting to get in, with no one
maintaining anything like a 6' separation, and most not wearing masks
either.  MPD and DC NG were on-scene to reroute cars, but none of them were
taking any initiative to get the folks in line to space themselves out
and/or put on masks - aren't masks obligatory now to get into grocery
stores?  Not sure if the fish market counts as a grocery store or a carry
out place, but some common sense should apply in either case, no?
