Two other options:

1.  I believe laundromats are considered essential businesses. There is one
just north of Lincoln park at 11th and C. Please double check this though.

2. When our washing machine died and we couldn’t get a replacement right
away, we used the laundry service at The Press on Penn Ave. it was great.
And not ridiculously priced. Something like $2/lb.  Not sure if dry
cleaners are considered essential now though.
