[Lincolnparkdc] Plug for a great little restaurant

Last night I got home from work (yup) around 8:40, craving Indian food.

I’d always wanted to try Indigo, which is north of Union Station (243 K St,
NE), and called them, hoping that they’d still be open and delivering. The
gentleman who answered the phone said that the kitchen was still open and
to go to their website to order with Caviar.

www.indigowdc.com.  I tried to order, but Caviar’s website was messed up,
telling me that nothing was available for delivery. I called Indigo back
and the kind gentleman took my order and said he’d deliver it to me after
the restaurant closed for the evening (at 9pm). He was at my house in 15
minutes, and it was delicious ( paneer pakora, spinach rolls, and chicken
tikka masala)!  I was extremely impressed and pleased.   Everyone please
try this lovely family restaurant soon!
