[Lincolnparkdc] Looking for Small Black Kitten (9/5/19 3:00 PM for reference)

  Hi Larry,

The D.C. government has actually contracted animal control services to the
Humane Rescue Alliance (HRA), an animal shelter. They offer amazing
resources for community cats, including supporting members of the community
in taking care of feral cats, offering TNR (trap, neuter, return)
resources, and finding homes for adoptable cats, as these kittens likely
are (see here: http://www.humanerescuealliance.org/communitycats). It looks
like from your photo that these kittens may be part of a larger cat colony
that could benefit from these resources. I really encourage you to reach
out to the HRA to see how you can work together to improve the lives of all
of these community cats. Thanks for caring for them!!
