[Lincolnparkdc] Alley behind 1229 and 1231 Mass Ave

Hey all, 

As you know, they are doing the resurfacing of the alley between Mass, 13th and Ky.  If you are the owner of either of these addresses, I just wanted to give you heads up that the little strip next to the back fence will not be part of their resurfacing plan.  

They are just making a 10ft wide path.  In the middle of the alley, there is a turn and the path goes to 12ft.   This is the right behind 1229 (fence) and 1231 (gate).  They are not going to resurface the extra couple of feet as they claim it belongs to the houses.  When the alley was done last time, it was clearly cemented over and made a part of the alley. 

Not sure if anything can be done so it may just be an fyi.
