[Lincolnparkdc] recommendations re: replacement of lead pipes

I would recommend contacting DC Water about lead pipes- we have done this with two houses for under 1,000 buck for each house.  Here is the program they reference that we qualified for (https://www.dcwater.com/voluntary-replacements)

The contact I use though is Mike Walsh and his info is here, I have emailed and called with him pretty easily:
