[Lincolnparkdc] Good News/Bad News

For a few weeks, the east side of 13th didn’t have the normal trash pick up because the alley was being redone. We were told to put the trash out front by the city. It wasn’t getting picked up like they said so 311 said to put it where trash other trash was being collected. Our trash pick up started back up this week so I’m assuming that can’t be from the east side of 13th.
