[Lincolnparkdc] Good News/Bad News

All – adding on here.

The mess is not from the construction.   I was going to send out a picture
like this myself but hadn’t gotten the chance.  We’ve noticed that there
are people dumping bags of trash here on the ground, including people on
the other (east) side of 13th St SE (who have their own trash pickup
location and day).  It’s against regulation, it is blocking an emergency
alley as you say, and we’re worried about rats.

Sara Love - thanks so much for making the 311 calls.  Hopefully they'll
come take it soon.
