[Lincolnparkdc] Fwd: Trash Collection - Missed (5858421) was Acknowledged

I believe many of the  bags there now are debris left by the crew working on the house on that corner. Residents who leave their trash there are generally pretty good about using bins and moving the bins from that spot after pick-up.

Good point. I do not think it was a missed pickup. Just our sanitation workers r sick of that space. I have talked to them over the years to get their input.  They didn’t like it but we’re powerless to stop it. They have reported it to no avail.
