[Lincolnparkdc] Biker Harassing Runners in the Morning on East Capitol

How about the bikers who are dangerous to pedestrians by riding on sidewalks on the south side of Lincoln Park between 13th and 12th streets?  They don't ride in bike lanes because they would be going against the flow of traffic and don't bother to ride with the flow of traffic in the bike lanes on the north side of the Park.  Many thanks to the bikers who are using the bike lanes riding with the flow of traffic going east on the south side of the Park.

I don’t mean to offend, but does your wife run in the bike lane?  And does she do it against the flow of traffic?  I don’t mean to be unsympathetic but if that is the case the biker might rightly feel that that behavior (which is illegal btw) is very dangerous for the biker.
