[Lincolnparkdc] lincolnparkdc Digest, Vol 8, Issue 15

Not a great location for people walking from park. They would have to carry it all the way from the park to Independence.  We already have many issues on this corner, so we would appreciate it if you would not request a trash can on this corner.
