Well that’s not helpful is it?  That’s across the park and two blocks up NC NE. They must be kidding. How does that service SE side and the area over here?  Certainly a trashcan too far!!

The alternative for dog waste will soon be in your trash can and mine!! I have called 311 but if anyone has a headsup as to why they removed it please post.
In the meantime call 311 or 202-673-6833.
Summer is coming and warm weather will bring problems without disposal methods.
