[Lincolnparkdc] Public waste can corner Ky and E Cap St SE

Well, that is still a bit too far from where it had been.   Nobody is going to walk that far to throw things away.  Why can’t both locations get a receptacle?

They put it over by north carolina and A street... in front of the triangle park

Hello. By now many of us have realized that the public receptacle on the corner is gone. 
The alternative for dog waste will soon be in your trash can and mine!! I have called 311 but if anyone has a headsup as to why they removed it please post. 
In the meantime call 311 or 202-673-6833. 
Summer is coming and warm weather will bring problems without disposal methods.
