[Lincolnparkdc] USPS package delivery

Thanks David! Super helpful. We have a lot of delivery issues at our 
office at 15th and Penn. It was a nightmare in 2017 when our temporary 
carrier started sending out mail back due to a gate on our door instead 
of knocking.
