The city is also planning to redo the sidewalks on both sides of the 100 block of 12th Street SE.  They postponed it so it would NOT be at the same time as the alley work. 

I wonder I’d the sewer work is an emergency.  Sewer work would be under DC Water not DC DOT so there was probably no coordination
