[Lincolnparkdc] 100 block of 11th Street SE?

Everyone who lived on our side of the block received notice through our mail slots several weeks ago.

Then unannounced & with no signage the city has closed off the west side of the block & are digging up the sidewalk & road!! 
Miserable timing & no coordination DC!
