[Lincolnparkdc] Recommendation: Contractor/Electrician--Small Job

You might try Jim Zinn.  He put in a ceiling fan for us last year. He did a
great job.  He is also very neat.  While he was here, we found a number of
other small jobs that had lingered far too long and he took care os those
