[Lincolnparkdc] Urgent alert: A police detective came to our door...

One of the attacks occurred at Lincoln Park. He victim told me he grabbed
her buttocks as she was jogging. He was shirtless with black pants and
possibly braids. She said she almost didn’t call police. I thanked her for
reporting it. A dog walker saw him going NW on Mass Ave.
