[Lincolnparkdc] Power outage 100 bl Kentucky

Power first went out around 930p for people east end of 1300 black Independence. They took many many more off line around midnight to troubleshoot and then repair. Came back on just after 600a   They said repair permanent and do not need to come back.   Problem was near 1314 Independence
