I've noticed we've been missed several times lately! I will be calling...
Meanwhile, my green trash bin has disappeared after last Monday's collection. It's not marked, I just put it out in front of 151. Someone put 153's bin into our front yard and we've returned it, but no sign of ours. Anyone have an unexplained extra, or seen an "orphan" unclaimed bin? Don't want to call for a new one til I know I need to.

I have used Marks Electric (202-234-5912) for almost 50 years and they are
truly the best, neatest and very reasonable as electricians go. If you call
early in the morning (7:30 of so), ask for Michael and tell him I told you
to call.

I know you have noticed that our trash was not picked up today. This has also happened for the Thursday pick up three times in a row. Bernie and I have called 311 each time and I have been emailing with Kimberly Kennedy in Charles Allen?s office. Today we also called DPW. They told us that they couldn?t deal with this until tomorrow because everyone had gone home for the day. Last week Kimberly told me that DPW had designated us as a ?hot spot?. That doesn?t seem to have worked. Neighbors please call and email and complain. Last Thursday we had vermin get into the trash and scatter it all over the place. Not a fun clean up, it will be in the 90s for the rest of the week. What with the holiday I foresee a hot mess.

sink pipe, dishwasher that's holding water in trap after being run, a
clicking pipe and thumping pipe.)
Need work order/receipts for tax purposes. Hoping to find 1 who doesn't
charge a travel fee plus a highly hourly rate.
Is there any way to check archives for such recommendations rather than
launching a new query here?
