[Lincolnparkdc] Anybody else have their tires stolen last night?

This is clearly a serial problem that DC police are ignoring. There have
been at least five of these incidents in recent years -- several near 10th
and Mass Ave. Clearly an organized gang. It should be brought to the
attention of ANC officials and Councilmember Allen so they can find out why
MPD is seemingly unconcerned about these thefts.
