[Lincolnparkdc] Wheels stolen again...

We have it on our doorbell camera.  You can’t make out the people.  But it was a light colored truck.  Happened between 2:40-2:56am.   I have video and screen shots I can send.    Sometimes email will block the video so i can send via text.
