[Lincolnparkdc] Email for the USPS station manager in SW

I saw this on Nextdoor. Here is the email for the station manager for USPS
in SW. They are the main office that sorts and delivers our mail on the
Hill.

BRYANT.R.HUBBARD at USPS.GOV

I just sent him a message about the mail situation at my office on 15th and
Penn. It's been horrific and is really a disgrace to the USPS.
