[Lincolnparkdc] Illegal Dumping

Thank you, Melissa!  
I have been fuming about the ad-hoc donation center that is in front of my house at the corner of Independence and Kentucky.  Several time, people have put a cardboard box with this child giveaway items.  Eventually the items get scattered around the tree box and sidewalk.  It is ridiculous and means we have to clean up after people.  Please use a trashcan or a donation box.
