[Lincolnparkdc] Illegal Dumping

Someone keeps dumping their junk in front of my house at 116 KY.  A couple
of weeks ago someone put two speakers and part of a chair in front of my
house.  And this morning someone then dumped a plastic bin there too.
Currently it's all located in the tree box.

I have called 311 and reported it.  They are scheduled to pick it up in the
next two weeks.  However, in the future please do not dump your junk in
front of other people's houses.  Call 311 and schedule a bulk trash pick up.
