Actually, I remembered the name of the company -- Washington Art Glass.
They also do a lot of major commercial work as well as restoration work at
the U.S. Capitol and elsewhere. http://www.washingtonartglass.com/ But
the owner likes to do smaller residential jobs too, and is super-nice as an
added bonus.
