[Lincolnparkdc] Found dog

He looks like Skip’s dog.  Does he have a number on the collar?  Skip lives towards the end of 1300 blook of Mass Ave SE - the yard with all the kids figures in the front yard and green bench on the sidewalk for kids to see the display.
