[Lincolnparkdc] Is this your visitor blocking a fire hydrant?

Instead of parking in front of the fire hydrant, if it's late and you
aren't sure where to park and don't know the neighborhood, you can
legally park at the ends of the street behind the signs. If you get a
ticket, there is a letter that we have that says we can park there for
safety reasons after hours. But you can't park there all day. : )
Let me know I have a copy of the letter and am happy to share it.
