I just spoke to a Mr Wilkins at 202-523-2597.  He said that Diane's new assignment does not start until next week.  However, she was off for one day.  I told him that I had not received any mail in the 100 block of KY AVE for TWO days and that someone needs to get out here today, that is Wednesday.
