[Lincolnparkdc] Attempting to go Solar ...any guiding advice?

I went with Edge Energy - more expensive but also the most efficient panels
on the market at that time (2017). Got the 30% federal tax rebate, but
believe it expired at the end of that year. Check out Consumer Checkbook
archives for a really good article on going solar.  (For reasons I never
fully understood, solar solutions declined to give mea bud even though they
had previously been one of 2 authorized contractors for the 2016(?) Lincoln
Park solar collective. I have a partially shaded roof, and solar covers ca
45% of my total electricity usage, plus I get quarterly SREC payments.
Estimated pay-off time 5-7 years.
